Chocolate Nut Balls

Ingredients
- 1 can (6 oz) Evaporated Milk
- 6 oz pkg Chocolate Chips
- 2.5 Cups Crushed Vanilla Wafers - 64 wafers
- 1/2 C. Sifted Powdered Sugar
- 1 1/4 C. Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
- 1/3 C Brandy or Orange Juice

Preparation
Step 1
In a heavy 2 quart saucepan, cook undiluted milk and chocolate, over medium heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat. Add crushed wafers, 1/2 C nuts, the brandy or orange juice, mixing well. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Shape into balls into 1 inch in diameter. Roll in remaining nuts. Refridgerate 1 hour or til firm.
Makes 4 dozen
