I don't really know who's recipe this is. It is in our mom's recipe box, but it is written in John Costello's handwriting. Maybe it came from him? I remember him making it!

Ingredients
- 1 C. cornmeal
- 1 tsp. salt (NaCl)
- 1 C. Water (H20)
- 3 cups boiling water.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cornmeal, salt and 1 C. water. Then quickly pour into boiling water. Stir continuously. Lower heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
