Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 3 orages, sectioned
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup red grapes
  • 1 star fruit, sliced
  • 1/4 sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum
  • garnish: chopped, toasted macadamia nuts

Step 1

Cut pineapple in half lengthwise, leaving green tops attached- remove and discard core. Remove pineapple pulp and cut into 1 inch pieces, leaving 1/2 inch think shells.

Combine pineapple pulp and next 8 ingredients- spoon into shells. Garnish, if desired. Yield 2 servings.
