Pina Colada Cake

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz. whipped topping
  • 2/3 cup coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake mix as directed on the package.

Mix 1/2 can of pineapple into batter. Bake according to directions on package.

With a fork, poke holes in warm cake at 1" intervals. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake. Allow cake to cool.

Spread whipped topping over the cake. Sprinkle the top with coconut and remaining pineapple.
