Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 cups water
- 1 3" vanilla bean (cut)
- 10 tsp instant coffee (1/4 cup)
- 1 fifth of vodka
- 1/2 cup vanilla extract
Preparation
Step 1
In large pot, mix sugar, water, vanilla bean and coffee. Simmer for 1/2 day. Let cool completely and add vodka and vanilla extract.
This recipe doubles easily. Just use 1/3 heaping cup of instant coffee for the 20 tsp.
