Ingredients
- 1 1pkg (10 oz/300 g) pkg peanut butter chips
- 2/3 c 10% cream
- 2 c sugar
- 1 c marshmallow cream
- 1 c peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 50 peanuts

in heavy saucepan, stir sugar with cream. Bring to boil over medium high heat. Stir. Boil, stirring often until candy thermometer reaches 234-240 F (112-116C). This is soft ball stage...
Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallow cream, peanut butter & vanilla until smooth. Stir in peanut butter chips. Turn onto foil-lined greased 9-inch square metal pan. sCORE INTO SQUARES. Press peanut into each. Cover with foil or plastic wrap & refrigerate for up to 1 week.
