All Purpose Italian Marinage 0 Picture


  • 1 Packet Italian Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1/3 cup Cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Oregeno leaves



Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour dressing over 1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat, poultry,seafood, or vegtables; cover. Refrigerate to marinate. Drain; discard marinage mixture. I usually marinade my Chicken Breasts 3-4 hours.
