All Purpose Italian Marinage
for Meat, Poultry, Seafood or Vegtables
- 1 Packet Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 1/3 cup Cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp. Dried Oregeno leaves
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour dressing over 1 to 1 1/2 lb. meat, poultry,seafood, or vegtables; cover. Refrigerate to marinate. Drain; discard marinage mixture. I usually marinade my Chicken Breasts 3-4 hours.
