Pecan Logs

Ingredients

  • 3 C. Powdered Sugar
  • 7 oz. Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 14 oz. Caramels
  • 3 T. Water
  • 1 1/2 C. Pecans, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1st three ingredients; knead until smooth (it will be dry). Shape into 4 1/2 x 1 1/4" logs. Chill overnight.

In double boiler over water, cook caramels & water until smooth. Dip logs in caramels; roll in pecans. Chill for 2 hours. Cut into 1/3" slices.
