Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- parsley (fresh or dried)
- about half an onion chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- a shake or two of soy sauce
- a shake or two of Worcestershire sauce

Step 1
combine everything in a bowl and roll into about golf ball sized balls
put in the oven at 400-425 F and cook for 20 min or until done
