Cookies (Cappuccino shortbread)

Bake at 350F for 20 min. Shape 1 T of dough into coffee bean shape

Ingredients

  • 4 t instant coffee
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 6 (1 oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 t vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Finely crush instant coffee in a coffee grinder. In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar. Beat in the coffee and vanilla Sift flour and cornstarch together and mix into butter mixture.
