  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 Tbp butter

Cooking time 17mins


Step 1

in a large bowl mix flour, milk eggs and salt until smooth and sticky. in a saucepan boil the water pour dough into a colander or spaetzle maker coated with cooking spray, place over the boiling water. With a wooden spoon press dough until small amount drops into boiling water. Cook about 2 min.s or until tender and float. remove from water and toss with butter.
