Peanut Butter Pretzel Candies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup plus 1 tblsp confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tblsp room-temp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 5 oz milk chocolate for covering

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, butter, and pretzels together. Form into 1 inch balls. freeze for 30 minutes. Dip in melted milk chocolate. Refrigerate until set.
