Ingredients
- 1-32 oz pkg frozen hash browns, thawed
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can creamof chicken soup
- 1-8 oz carton sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups corn flakes
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, onion soup, sour cream and cheese; stir well. 2. Spoon into a greased 2-1/2 qt casserole. Crush cereal and stir in remaining butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
