IRISH COFFEE

now for an Irish finale.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
• 1 tsp granulated sugar
• strong hot coffee
• whipped cream

Preparation

Step 1

Pour whiskey and sugar into irish whiskey glass. Add coffee to 1/2 inch from top. Stir lightly. Pour on whipped cream, filling to the brim. Do not stir.
