Ingredients
- 1 lb. of spaghettini #3 Barilla
- 2 containers of little Italian tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 spurt of balsamic vinegar
- 1 bunch of basil or a bunch of basil-mint-oregano-chives
- Roquette to taste
- Favorite black olives
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°C. Cook the pasta in some salted boiling water. Sauté the garlic in the olive oil adding the herbs, olives and tomatoes for a few minutes. When cooked drain the pasta and place in a warm serving plate. Pour all ingredients of the casserole over the pasta, adding more herbs according to taste. You can serve with parmesan if wanted. Other ways to serve: with grilled Italian sausages, or slightly cooked shrimps. Everything can be mix directly at the table.
