White Vanilla Frosting

Ingredients

  • 2 c. (4 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 6 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy, 1 to 2
minutes. Add sugar, 1/2 cup
at a time, beating well and
scraping down sides of bowl
after each addition. Beat in vanilla and salt.
