Ingredients
- 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 9 oz. Wondra Flour
- 1/2 teasp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar and heavy cream in a large bowl with a mixer,
then add a mexture of Wondra flour and salt. Let sit in refrigerator for
about 1/2 hour. Boil water in a bigh pot. Roll out about 12 "ping-pong"
size balls. Add them all at the same time to the boiling water. Cook 10
minutes.
Pour strawberry sauce (MASH STRAWBERRIES WITH SUGAR AND QUICKLY COOK IN A
POT) or mash and puree with sugar, top with cottage cheese and sprinkle
with a little melted butter.
