Two Cheese Fettuccini Primavera

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Onion,
  • chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic,
  • minced
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 1.3 /4 C Skim milk
  • 8 OZ Fettuccini.
  • cooked & drained
  • 1 C (4 oz) Shredded
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 C Broccoli Florets,
  • cooked & drained
  • 1 Red Pepper, cut into
  • julienne strips

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onions & garlic in oil in
medium saucepan. Blend in flour
and seasonings. Gradually add milk;
cook stirring constantly, until
thickened. Toss hot pasta with
sauce and remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
