Ingredients
- 1 Medium Onion,
- chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic,
- minced
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Dried basil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
- 1.3 /4 C Skim milk
- 8 OZ Fettuccini.
- cooked & drained
- 1 C (4 oz) Shredded
- Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 2 C Broccoli Florets,
- cooked & drained
- 1 Red Pepper, cut into
- julienne strips
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions & garlic in oil in
medium saucepan. Blend in flour
and seasonings. Gradually add milk;
cook stirring constantly, until
thickened. Toss hot pasta with
sauce and remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
