BABY BACK RIBS

  • 3 lb. Pork Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Place ribs in a 12” Dutch oven, fatty sides down, and cook for 30 minutes using 14 to 16 briquettes on the top and 10 to 12 briquettes on the bottom. While the ribs are cooking, mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, and ketchup in a 10” Dutch oven and bring to a boil. Set aside. Drain the grease off the ribs and baste with the sauce. Cook, using 12 to 14 briquettes on the bottom and 12 to 14 briquettes on the top for 30 more minutes. Turn ribs and baste with the sauce again. Cook an additional 15 minutes.
