Ingredients
- 3 flounder fillets, cubed
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 14¼-oz can tomatoes
- ½ tsp basil
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- ¼ c. white wine
