Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups romaine or spinach leaves, torn
- several thin slices red onion
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained (no sugar added)
- 1 teaspoon coconut
- 2 tablespoons low calorie poppyseed dressing
- Dressing (makes 2 cups)
- 1/2 cup reduced calorie spicy-sweet French dressing (16 calories per tablespoon)
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons yellow prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoons onion powder
- 8 packages Equal
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 tablespoons water

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dressing ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight before using.
Assemble salad and pour poppy dressing over. Toss to coat.
