Ingredients
- 2 T. butter
- 1/4 C. minced onion
- dash of pepper
- 1/8 tsp. dried marjoram
- 2 C. drained, cooked peas (or frozen)
- 1 C. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 2 T. sherry

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in a skillet. Add mushrooms & onion & cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until onion is tender - about 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients & heat thoroughly. Serve immediately.
