    C. minced onion

  • dash of pepper

  • 1/8

    tsp. dried marjoram

    C. drained, cooked peas (or frozen)

  • 1

    C. sliced mushrooms

  • 1/4

    tsp salt

  • 1/4

    tsp nutmeg

  • 2

    T. sherry

Directions

Melt butter in a skillet. Add mushrooms & onion & cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until onion is tender - about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients & heat thoroughly. Serve immediately.
