Walnut Oil Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 T minced shallots
  • 2 T walnut oil
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
