Ingredients
- 150 grams of your favorite Boursin
- 12 ounces of tortiglioni
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 4 ounces of mushroom
- ½ cup of dried tomatoes (thinly sliced) (optional)
- 1/3 cup of pine nuts
- 4 ounces of prosciutto
- 2 cups of 35% cream
- 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook the pasta in slightly salted water for about 9 minutes. 2. Sauté mushrooms in oil and butter for 4 minuets. 3. Add tomatoes, pine nuts and prosciutto and continue cooking for 4 minutes. 4. Reduce and pour cream and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and warm for 2 minutes. 5. Add Boursin cheese and continue cooking for another minute. 6. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and serve immediately.
