Yogurt-Chive Dressing

Ingredients

  • Stir together 1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt and 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Whisk in 1/3 cup canola oil and 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil to combine.

Season with 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt and stir in 2 teaspoons finely chopped chives and 1 teaspoon coarsely chopped capers.
