CHOCOLATE GLAZE

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. hot milk
  • 1/2 c. icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter and chocolate together. Combine milk, icing sugar and dash of salt in bowl. Blend in chocolate mixture gradually. Pour over cake and spread with spatula.

Make enough to over 8" or 9" layer cake.
