Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 11/2 tsp oregano crumbled
- pinch of red pepper flakes
- 3 14oz cans of diced toms
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 11/2 cups grated parmesan
- 12 oz stubby pasta cooked just short of al dente
- 1/2 lb mozarella cut into cubes
- 11/4 cups basil

Preparation
Step 1
Rack in center of oven adn set temp to 450* Smear oil on dish On large skillet cook Tomatoes, sugar, oregano, and salt on low heat until it thickens the add parmesan. Toss with precooked pasta, and add mozarella ,basil. pepper. Spread mixtire in pan and bake for 20 mins .
