  • 1 lg. can mushroom stems & pieces
  • 1/2 onion, grated
  • Parsley, finely chopped (or dried parsley flakes)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper
  • Hot pepper sauce

Step 1

Drain mushrooms and finely chop. Add parsley, enough mayonnaise to bind together, salt and pepper to taste and a dash of hot pepper sauce or lemon juice, if desired.
