• Salad dressing:
• 1/4 cup rice vinegar
• 2 minced garlic clove
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 2 tsp chili oil
• 11/2-2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• Salad:
• Leaf lettuce
• Scallions
• Cilantro
• Thinly sliced serrano chile pepper
