Balsamic Cocoa Brownie Recipe

  • butter for greasing pan
  • flour for dusting pan
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar sifted
  • 2 cups brown sugar sifted
  • 16 ounces melted butter(4 sticks)
  • 2.5 cups unsweetened cocoa sifted
  • 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon

Preparation

Step 1

preheat the oven to 300.
butter and flour your pan, use 13x9
beat eggs at medium speed until fluffy and light yellow. Add all the sugar. add remaining ingredients and mix to combine. it will be sticky and delicious- smelling. try not to eat batter.
Pour batter into pan and bake 45 minutes. when done a toothpick inserted into middle should come out clean. sprinkle some kosher salt on top and set aside to cool.
