- 1 (32 oz) frozen hash browns
- 1 (10 3/4 ox) cream chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz) sour cream
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion

Step 1
Combine soup, cour cream and melted butter. Stir until well blended. Add grated cheese, stir well. Stir in salt, pepper and onion. Pour over hash braowns & stir until mixed. Spray a 13 x 9 glass dish with non stick spray. Pour in casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
