- 1 pkg 20oz refrigerated red potato wedges
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp dill weed

In a large skillet, cook the potato wedges, salt and pepper in oil over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat stir in cheese and dill
