Veggie Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 2 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
  • 1 pkg dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup mayo
  • Various veggies - broccoli, carrots, red/green peppers, cauliflower
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Roll out crescent rolls onto jelly roll pan and up sides - bake until golden brown - approx. 10 min.

Combine cream cheese, mayo and dry dressing - spread onto cooled crescent roll base.

Cut up vegtables and scatter over cream cheese topping - finish with cheddar cheese

Cut into squares and serve
