Step 1

1. POUR 3 TEASPOONS OF LIQUID SMOKE OVER BRISKET
2. SPRINKLE BRISKET W/CELERY, SALT, ONION , GARLIC, MINCED ONION
3. COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVER NIGHT
4. DO NOT DRAIN
5. SALT AND PERRPER
6. ADD 3 TEASPOONS OF WINCHESTER SHIRE SAUCE
7. COVER AND BAKE @ 250 FOR 5 HRS.
8. POUR 6 OZ BBQ SAUCE AND BAKE I HR UNCOVERED
