Russian Teacakes

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 c flour
  • 3/4 c chopped nuts
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together until soft butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Add in flour, salt, then mix in nuts. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together until a meal-like texture is formed. Roll into balls. Bake 10-12 minutes. While still warm, roll in powdered sugar.
