Ingredients
- 8 oz pkg of Lo Mein Noodles
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 16 oz bag frozen stir-fry vegetables
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the noodles according to package directions.
Heat the canola oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds. Add the vegetables and cook until the vegetables are heated through, 3 to 4 min. Add the soy sauce and green onions and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the noddles and sugar and mix well. Taste and season, if needed. Turn off the heat, add the sesame oil and stir. Transfer to platter and serve immediately.
