Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley
- 6 - 8 mint leaves
- 1 1/2 T. capers
- 1 garlic clove
- 3/4 T. red wine vinegar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Step 1
Put the parsley, mint, capers and garlic in a food processor and pulse to combine. Add the vinegar, salt, red and black pepper and pulse until combined. Pour in the olive oil and mix until well combined. Let sit for 30 minutes so that the flavors blend.
