- 4 avocados cut up in chunks
- Juice of 2 limes
- Handful chopped cilantro
- 4 roma tomato chopped
- 1 red onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 jalapenos chopped
- 1 can fiesta corn drained & rinsed
- 1 can black beans drained & rinsed
- salt and pepper to taste
