Deli Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • 3/4 pound sliced deli ham
  • 1 package (8 ounces) fresh baby spinach
  • 3/4 pound sliced deli turkey
  • 16 slices (12 ounces total) yellow American cheese
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Spread equal amounts of mayonnaise on each tortilla. Layer each tortilla with equal amounts of ham, spinach, turkey, and cheese.

Roll up each tortilla jellyroll-style and place each one seam-side down on a separate piece of waxed paper. Roll up in the waxed paper, tying each end. Slice in half, and serve.

Notes;
Keep 'em guessing and use a different flavor or type of tortilla, such as spinach, sun-dried tomato, or even whole-wheat, each time you make these.
