I recommend crushing the cornflakes in a p;astic resealable bag and crushing them with your hands. Then pour the melted butt in the bag and pour on top of the DELECTABLE potatoes!

Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen hash browns, partially defrosted
- 1 package (16-ounce) sour cream
- 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded mild cheddar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups crushed cornflakes
- 4 tablespoons melted butter

Step 1
mix all ingredients except toppings in a 13x9 pan. top with topping mixture, bake 1 hour at 350.
Sue uses southern style oreida hashbrowns, and puts it in a larger pan so there is more topping
