Peach Pie

  • Pastry for 2-crust Pie
  • 3/4 C. Sugar
  • 3 T. Flour
  • 1/4 t. Cinnamon
  • 1/8 t. Salt
  • 7 Fresh Peaches, peeled & sliced
  • 1 t. Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 t. Almond Extract
  • 2 T. Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon & slat. Add to peaches; sprinkle on lemon juice & almond extract. Pour into 9” pie crust, & dot with butter. Put on top crust & cut steam vents.

BAKE 425 for 40-45 minutes.
