  • Optional:
  • Knob of Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter
  • ¼ Lime
  • Spoon of Chili Paste
  • ½ can of Coconut Milk

Step 1

In some veggie oil, sauté a knob of sliced ginger and 3 cloves chopped garlic. In a food processor, whirl the ginger and garlic and a ½ cup of peanut butter. A squeeze of lime or a spoon of chili paste can be welcome additions. You can always add a little bit of hot water to thin if necessary. To turn it to ginger peanut coconut sauce, add a half a can of coconut.
