Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg. (4-oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar, divided
- 1-1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. pure lemon extract
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- Lemon slices, fresh berries and mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup sugar in large bowl until smooth and creamy.
Beat cream, remaining 1/4 cup sugar, lemon juice, lemon extract and vanilla extract in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Add 1/2 of the whipped cream mixture to the cream cheese mixture; stir until well blended. Gently stir in remaining whipped cream mixture. Cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon or pipe into dessert dishes. Garnish with lemon slices, fresh berries and mint leaves, if desired.
