- 1 pound of peeled shrimp
- 1 pound baked chicken (chopped or pulled)
- 1 cup of okra
- 1 cup of black beans
- 1 cup of pinto beans
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 cup of diced green onions
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup of celery
- SEASON TO TASTE
To save time you can use a can of the all the ingredients.
Combine and let cook for 45-60 min.
Drain all juice unless you prefer to eat it as a soup and serve over rice.
