Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 2 cup graham cracker crumbs - 28 squares
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 t ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup margarine - melted
- 1 pkg super moist cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 T water
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 greased and floured pan 13x9x2. Mix crumbs, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and margerine. Reserve and beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in large mixer bowl on low speed. Scrape bowl frequently for 2 mins. Pour about 2 1/3 cup batter into pan. Sprinkle with about 2 cups crumb mixture. Pour remaining batter into pan and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 until cake springs back in center, 45-50 mins. Drizzle with glaze. Glaze: Stir powdered sugar and 1 tbls water. Stir in additional water 1 t at a time until smooth and of desired consistency.
