Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c hard butter - melt and cool
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c whipping cream (don't whip)
- 1 1/2 c flour
- Special equipment: krumkake iron
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs lightly. Add the remaining ingredients and beat lightly...don't overbeat. Pour approximately 1 Tbsp on each side of krumkake iron (I use a cookie scoop). Cook about a minute before checking if golden brown. Roll on cone until set.
