- 10 oz milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. cream (half & half)
- 2 T. kirch, cognac or cointreau
- Fruits cut into 1-inch cubes, angel food cake, pound cake, melon balls, strawberries, pineapple, bananas, marshmallows, doughnut holes.
- Try 1 tablespoon instant coffee added to chocolate for mocha flavor
- Try dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate
- Try creme de menthe instead of kirch.

Step 1
Combine all ingredients over low heat and stir until smooth. Pour into fondue pot for dipping cakes and fruits.
