Ingredients

  • Variations:
  • 10 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. cream (half & half)
  • 2 T. kirch, cognac or cointreau
  • Fruits cut into 1-inch cubes, angel food cake, pound cake, melon balls, strawberries, pineapple, bananas, marshmallows, doughnut holes.
  • Try 1 tablespoon instant coffee added to chocolate for mocha flavor
  • Try dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate
  • Try creme de menthe instead of kirch.

Step 1

Combine all ingredients over low heat and stir until smooth. Pour into fondue pot for dipping cakes and fruits.
