Ingredients

  • For the cake
  • 1 1 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup flour
  • 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup pumpkin solid pack
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 1 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 3 3 3 eggs
  • Diced Walnuts
  • For the filling
  • 1 1 8 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 1 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 1 1 tbsp. soft butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients to a creamy batter. Grease and flour waxed paper. Place waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Pour batter on evenly. Sprinkle diced walnuts on top then bake for 12 -15 minutes at 375 degrees. Then put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. While it is cooling, mix the filling.

Whip ingredients together until creamy. Spread on top evenly.

As you are rolling, remove wax paper. Wrap in foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.
